Yeshua does what He sees the Father do

This study has touched me very deeply and it is my prayer that every believer read this. Everyone should read this but this study is aimed at the believer. Every believer who claims that they have accepted Yeshua as their Savior.

Yeshua, I come to You today and I plead with You for mercy. I plead with You for mercy for Your people. The people whom You gave Your life to. I plead with You to open their eyes so that they can see the wonderful works You have done. I plead with You to open their ears so that they can hear the wonderful News You have to share. I plead with You to bring them to life so that that not only see and hear but start DOING too. I plead with You today to soften Your people’s heart so that they may accept You in their hearts so that You can dine with them and they can dine with You. We are a stiff necked people. We are stubborn. We are rebellious. Time is running out. We do not have much time left in which to prepare for Your return. I stand in agreement with Daniel’s prayer.

Daniel 9:3-19

3So I set my face toward יהוה the Elohim to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting, and sackcloth, and ashes.
4And I prayed to יהוה my Elohim, and made confession, and said, “O יהוה, great and awesome Ěl, guarding the covenant and the loving-commitment to those who love Him, and to those who guard His commands.
5We have sinned and did crookedness, and did wrong and rebelled, to turn aside from Your commands and from Your right-rulings.
6“And we have not listened to Your servants the prophets, who spoke in Your Name to our sovereigns, our heads, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land.
7“O יהוה, to You is the righteousness, and to us the shame of face, as it is this day – to the men of Yehuḏah, to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim and all Yisra’ĕl, those near and those far off in all the lands to which You have driven them, because of their trespass which they have trespassed against You.
8“O Master, to us is the shame of face, to our sovereigns, to our heads, and to our fathers, because we have sinned against You.
9“To יהוה our Elohim are the compassions and forgivenesses, for we have rebelled against Him.
10“And we have not obeyed the voice of יהוה our Elohim, to walk in His Torot, which He set before us through His servants the prophets.
11“And all Yisra’ĕl have transgressed Your Torah, and turned aside, so as not to obey Your voice. So the curse and the oath written in the Torah of Mosheh the servant of Elohim have been poured out on us, for we have sinned against Him.
12“And He has confirmed His words, which He spoke against us and against our rulers who judged us, by bringing upon us great evil. For under all the heavens there has not been done like what was done to Yerushalayim.
13“As it is written in the Torah of Mosheh, all this evil has come upon us, and we have not entreated the face of יהוה our Elohim, to turn back from our crookednesses, and to study Your truth.
14Hence יהוה has watched over the evil and has brought it upon us. For יהוה our Elohim is righteous in all the works which He has done, but we have not obeyed His voice.
15“And now, O יהוה our Elohim, who brought Your people out of the land of Mitsrayim with a strong hand, and made Yourself a Name, as it is this day – we have sinned, we have done wrong!
16“O יהוה, according to all Your righteousness, I pray, let Your displeasure and Your wrath be turned away from Your city Yerushalayim, Your set-apart mountain. For, because of our sins, and because of the crookednesses of our fathers, Yerushalayim and Your people have become a reproach to all those around us.
17“And now, our Elohim, hear the prayer of Your servant, and his supplications, and for the sake of יהוה cause Your face to shine on Your set-apart place, which is laid waste.
18“O my Elohim, incline Your ear and hear. Open Your eyes and see our wastes, and the city which is called by Your Name. For we do not present our supplications before You because of our righteous deeds, but because of Your great compassions.
19O יהוה, hear! O יהוה, forgive! O יהוה, listen and act! Do not delay for Your own sake, my Elohim, for Your city and Your people are called by Your Name.

This prayer of Daniel may seem old but just after this prayer Daniel was given a prophetic message for the Last Days. This prayer was not only for that time but for this time too as I am hoping everyone will soon see.

Every believer will tell you that they want to do the Father’s will. What does Yeshua say about the Father’s will?

Therefore יהושע responded and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son is able to do none at all by Himself, but only that which He sees the Father doing, because whatever He does, the Son also likewise does. Joh 5:19

Yeshua will NEVER go against the Father. Please remember this as we continue. Yeshua did not come to change what the Father did but to show HOW the Father wanted it done.

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse: the blessing, when you obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim which I command you today; and the curse, if you do not obey the commands of יהוה your Elohim, but turn aside from the way which I command you today, to go after other mighty ones which you have not known. Deu 11:26-28
Let us look at these blessings and curses and see if we can find any in our own lives today. Is the Father talking to us? Is He pleading for our attention? Are we listening? Are we rebelling? Let us read carefully through the following verses and see what we can recognize from our own lives. As a country. As a nation. As a family. As an individual.
BLESSINGS
Lev 26
1‘Do not make idols for yourselves, and do not set up a carved image or a pillar for yourselves, and do not place a stone image in your land, to bow down to it. For I am יהוה your Elohim.
2‘Guard My Sabbaths and reverence My set-apart place. I am יהוה.
3If you walk in My laws and guard My commands, and shall do them,
4then I shall give you rain in its season, and the land shall yield its crops, and the trees of the field yield their fruit.
5‘And your threshing shall last till the time of the grape harvest, and the grape harvest shall last till the time of sowing. And you shall eat your bread until you have enough, and shall dwell in your land safely.
6‘And I shall give peace in the land, and you shall lie down and no one make you afraid. And I shall clear the land of evil beasts, and not let the sword go through your land.
7‘And you shall pursue your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword before you.
8‘And five of you shall pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you pursue ten thousand. And your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.
9‘And I shall turn to you and make you fruitful, and shall increase you, and shall establish My covenant with you.
10‘And you shall eat the old supply, and clear out the old because of the new.
11‘And I shall set My Dwelling Place in your midst, and My being shall not reject you.
12‘And I shall walk in your midst, and shall be your Elohim, and you shall be My people.
13‘I am יהוה your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Mitsrayim, from being their slaves. And I have broken the bars of your yoke and made you walk upright.
  • Rain in its season
  • Land shall yield crops
  • Trees yield their fruit
  • The crops shall last
  • Dwell SAFELY
  • No evil beasts
  • Shall be fruitful and have children
  • Shall not be slaves
Pause here for a minute and look carefully at these blessings. Are you experiencing these blessings? Why not? IF we are in the Father’s will then these are PROMISES to us. Therefore either the Father is not delivering His promises OR we are not qualifying for these blessings.
Now let us look at the curses.
CURSES
14‘But if you do not obey Me, and do not do all these commands,
15and if you reject My laws, or if your being loathes My right-rulings, so that you do not do all My commands, but break My covenant,
16I also do this to you: And I shall appoint sudden alarm over you, wasting disease and inflammation, destroying the eyes, and consuming the life. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
17‘And I shall set My face against you, and you shall be smitten before your enemies. And those who hate you shall rule over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you.
  • Sudden alarm over you
  • Disease and Inflammation
  • Destroying the eyes
  • Consuming the life
  • Sow in vain for the enemies shall eat it
Pause here for a bit and think carefully on this. How many illnesses are there currently in this world? Death? Theft?
18‘And after all this, if you do not obey Me, then I shall punish you seven times more for your sins.
19‘And I shall break the pride of your power, and shall make your heavens like iron and your earth like bronze.
20‘And your strength shall be spent in vain and your land not yield its crops, nor the trees of the land yield their fruit.

If the first curses does not draw us back to the Father’s will look what will follow. Seven times more?

  • Shall break your pride
  • Heavens like iron: no rain?
  • Earth like bronze: drought?
  • Your strength shall be spent in vain: work with low income?
  • Land not yield its crops
  • Trees not yield its fruit
Can we see any of these in our lives today? What happens when we still refuse to listen?
21And if you walk contrary to Me, and refuse to obey Me, I shall bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your sins,
22and send wild beasts among you, which shall bereave you of your children. And I shall cut off your livestock, and make you few in number, and your highways shall be deserted.
  • Send wild beasts among you
  • Cut off your livestock
  • Make you few in number
  • Highways shall be deserted
Can we see these in our lives today?
23And if you are not instructed by Me by these, but walk contrary to Me,
24then I also shall walk contrary to you, and I Myself shall strike you seven times for your sins.
25‘And I shall bring against you a sword executing the vengeance of My covenant, and you shall gather together in your cities, and I shall send pestilence among you, and you shall be given into the hand of the enemy.
26‘When I have cut off your supply of bread, ten women shall bake your bread in one oven, and they shall bring back to you your bread by weight, and you shall eat and not be satisfied.
  • Bring against you a sword executing the vengeance of My covenant
  • Gather together in your cities
  • Pestilence
  • Given into the land of your enemy
  • Cut off your supply of bread
  • Shall eat and not be satisfied
Any of these in our lives today?
27‘And if in spite of this, you do not obey Me, but walk contrary to Me,
28then I shall walk contrary to you in wrath. And I Myself shall punish you seven times for your sins.
29‘And you shall eat the flesh of your sons, and eat the flesh of your daughters.
30‘And I shall destroy your high places, and cut down your sun-pillars, and put your carcasses on the carcasses of your idols. And My being shall loathe you.
31‘And I shall turn your cities into ruins and lay your set-apart places waste, and not smell your sweet fragrances.
32‘And I shall lay the land waste, and your enemies who dwell in it shall be astonished at it.
33‘And I shall scatter you among the nations and draw out a sword after you. And your land shall be desert and your cities ruins,
34and the land enjoy its Sabbaths as long as it lies waste and you are in your enemies’ land. Then the land would rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.
35‘As long as it lies waste it rests, for the time it did not rest on your Sabbaths when you dwelt in it.

I am hoping that we do not reach this level and that we will start paying attention and repenting and turning back to the Father’s will BEFORE we reach this point.

  • Shall eat the flesh of your sons
  • Shall eat the flesh of your daughters
  • Shall destroy your high places: Towers?
  • Cut down your sun-pillars: Obelisks?
  • Your carcass with the idols
  • Shall ruin your cities
  • Land shall lay waste
  • Scatter you among the nations
  • Draw a sword after you
  • Place you in your enemies land

Can we see any of these? Hopefully not.

36And as for those of you who are left, I shall send faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies, and the sound of a shaken leaf shall cause them to flee. And they shall flee as though retreating from a sword, and they shall fall when no one pursues.
37‘And they shall stumble over one another, as from before a sword, when no one pursues. And you shall be unable to stand before your enemies.
38‘And you shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up,
39and those of you who are left rot away in their crookedness in your enemies’ lands, and also in their fathers’ crookednesses rot away with them.
There is ALWAYS hope. There is ALWAYS mercy. This is exactly why all these things come upon us to hopefully wake us up so that we can turn back and repent and start doing the Father’s will again. Let us see this in the next few verses.
40But if they confess their crookedness and the crookedness of their fathers, with their trespass in which they trespassed against Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me,
41and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies – if their uncircumcised heart is then humbled, and they accept the punishment of their crookedness,
42then I shall remember My covenant with Ya‛aqoḇ, and also My covenant with Yitsḥaq, and also remember My covenant with Aḇraham, and remember the land.
43‘For the land was abandoned by them, and enjoying its Sabbaths while lying waste without them, and they were paying for their crookedness, because they rejected My right-rulings and because their being loathed My laws.
44‘And yet for all this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I shall not reject them, nor shall I loathe them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them. For I am יהוה their Elohim.
45Then I shall remember for their sake the covenant of the ancestors whom I brought out of the land of Mitsrayim before the eyes of the nations to be their Elohim. I am יהוה.’ ”
46These are the laws and the right-rulings and the TorotTorot – plural of Torah – teaching.which יהוה made between Himself and the children of Yisra’ĕl on Mount Sinai by the hand of Mosheh.
Before I finish this study I would like to look at one more Scripture. I would recommend reading this whole chapter but I will use only one more verse.
Deu 28
32“Your sons and your daughters are given to another people, and your eyes look and fail for them all day long, and your hand powerless.
This verse is also a judgement because of disobedience in Torah. Can we see this in our lives? Do have families moving across the globe running from something or after something. From danger or towards mammon?
Therefore יהושע responded and said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son is able to do none at all by Himself, but only that which He sees the Father doing, because whatever He does, the Son also likewise does. Joh 5:19
Many send out messages to call upon a day of prayer. Prayer is good. However how many send out a message with a call to repentance? Prayer on its own is NOT enough, we need to repent first then pray for mercy.
He who turns away his ear from hearing the Torah, Even his prayer is an abomination. Prov 28:9
Yeshua does what He sees the Father do. Should we not do the same?
Until next time.

Shalom

Mieke
